The ingesting of a 5000 mcg, capsule of biotin two times per day has

resulted in much healthier skin. Much less wrinkling. The skin on my

Mother's hands was like chicken feet skin almost. Mine are similar, but

not as bad. I thought it was just genetics. Then an older lady with very

fine skin told me that a dermatologist had once told her sister about the

biotin twice a day. So I have been taking this for nearly a month and a

half and the improvement in my skin is very, very remarkable. Especially

at my age of 70, one does not expect significant improvement, but it has

happened. So glad and hope it keeps on working. And that it works for

others as well.

Tip # 2; B. Bradley's MRSA formula of 70% CS, 10% DMSO, and 15%

vegetable glycerine makes the best underarm deodorant ever. I have used

the Now brand 20% zinc oxide, but this beats even that hands down. Very

cheap too if you have your own CS generator.

I personally am tickled pink :) especially over the biotin. The skin

on the edges of my index fingers down and up the insides of the thumbs has

been very thick, but has now thinned considerably. I am actually thinking

that my hands may look like human appendages in another month!! The rest

of my skin has a much finer texture to it now also. But the hands are the

most remarkable so far. Very best wishes, pj ps I take lots of Vit.

E and other antioxidants and have for years so it isn't that. It is

definitely the biotin. imho no medical advice here---just my

experience.
