Yes Nitin,

It would have been extremely hilarious, if it hadn't been sadly true.

Chetan Bhagat's recent novel " Revolution 2020 " deals with this very same

issue. The two protagonists are vastly different. The first is a principled

scholar, who studies and gets admission. The second fails and starts a

college. Ultimately both lose a bit.
