Looking for special lab work

Are there any labs which currently assess the esterases necessary for

various metabolic processes related to detoxification, including the

sulfur transferases? My physician feels these are implicated in many

with environmentally induced illness and are very likely to be

diminished in my own case, given my serious sulfur allergies,

deficiencies in folate, B vitamins, food allergies to sufur-containing

foods etc. These cannot be tested commercially as far as we can tell.
