Guest guest
Kincardine Medical Clinic Causes Controversy CKNX Radio - Wingham,Ontario,Canada* http://www.am920.ca/news.php?artID=24314 A plan put forward by Conestoga Rovers Engineering to install a drainage system into the Kincardine Medical Clinic was turned down by council last night. The majority of councillors felt the 1.2 million dollar price tag was too much and they wanted to investigate other options. The engineering firm said the mould levels in the building were no worse than the average home, and council agreed on a plan to continue testing for mould and removing any hazardous material. Mayor Larry Kraemer was shocked by council's decision not to go ahead with the drainage plan because he felt it was what council had decided was the best plan moving forward. The motion for a new drainage system failed by a vote of 5-4.
