Two students get 95% marks in Higher Secondary. `A' decides to become a Physics

teacher, `B' a Medical Teacher. Both are 18 yrs old. Let us see how we treat

them.

24 cleared Net Graduate

25 Asst Professor 3 yrs compulsory village

28 Asst Prof + Ph D PG student

31 Associate Prof Post graduate

33 Associate Prof 3 yrs teaching exp without job

34 Associate Prof .Assistant Prof

35 Job = Teaching(T)+Practical(P) T+P+Ful time consultant

The physics student, at the age of 34 is 10 yrs ahead of the medical student.
