AP Probe Finds Rx Drugs in Drinking Water

Not only is this disturbing in itself - uncontrolled consumption of

unknown drugs - but it further complicates our attempts to figure

out what is making us sick and to establish a " clear " point when

we stop controllable exposures.

A vast array of pharmaceuticals - including antibiotics, anti-

convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones - have been

found in the drinking water supplies of at least 41 million

Americans, an Associated Press investigation shows.
