How to start medical college

1)Get some land cheaply away from the city . where it is available dirt cheap

..It does not matter that people will not be able to reach there.

2) Give share to some local politicians and goondas .

3) Make a building and hire some then get some Prostitute Doctors to give their

name as Faculty (They are worse than prostitutes actually)

4)Hire MCI personnel to provide information about inspectors ( Dr Prasanna Raj

does it for a nice price)

5)Place labourers and local goons a patients .

5) There is not a single MCI Inspector who is not corrupt . They will come

hurriedly attend the ramp show ,take the suitcases full of money.

6) If there is any full time faculty who has by mistake got into the college do

not let him go by witholding his releving letter . MCI has joined hands with

Goondas in making this provision . Withold experience certificates also .Poor

fellow will never be able to leave.

7) Once inspection is over place unrealistic demands from faculty so that they

are neither able to stay nor leave .

8) Always give seats to highest bidder no need of merit .Their are are very few

patients anyway . Once they have paid all they need to be given is a passing

certificate.

9)Then go for PG seats . MCI says increase seats mindlessly . The same

prostitute doctors who come once a year for Inspection will by now be promoted

to Professors without taking a single class will now come handy for ensuring PG

seats and 40 to 50 lacs per seat . No patients ,no teaching needed. The mindless

market with thousands of underqualified doctors created will ensure that these

searts get filled up.
