Guest guest
HI POLO, HOW ABOUT THAT THE ALL CORN NOW IS GMO?   Subject: Re: Vitamin C query ? To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Date: Saturday, January 28, 2012, 11:26 AM  Mark, Here is another file in the file section which uses hydrophobically modifed starch (HMS) instead of lecithin. http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/cA0kT5LIYwqYfEWMh71tsyaqaxsF-LkKS-S50T9njTjom59QwTz\ g7x0CkyKP2CyF6mts4Paic4xrgcGPHh60dA/encapsulated%20curcumin%20article.pdf I have found that if you are looking for hydrophobically modified starch (HMS) for micelle encapasultion that probably Dry-Flo AF is the best and least expensive alternative to using a HMS. DRY-FLO® AF INCI: Corn Starch Modified Description: DRY-FLO AF starch is a hydrophobically modified natural polymer. Aluminum-free technology is used in its production. Dry-Flo AF Pure is a hydrophobically modified corn starch . Aqueous products containing Dry-Flo AF Pure should not be subjected to temperatures above 130°F or the starch will swell and start to dissolve, thickening your product. Here is a source for it: http://www.brambleberry.com/Dry-Flo-Powder-P3803.aspx One pound---------- $7.77 Three pounds ------$19.
