I have not finished watching the program as I had to go to class. I did do an Internet search and found this video clip on the subject. Off topic: (I just happened to see another video clip in class from this website that highlighted Mechai Viravaidya who has been creating and running innovative family planning and poverty reduction programs throughout Southeast Asia. He truly is inspiring and a hoot.
