Santa Fe man sued over mold

Almost a dozen former merchants and employees at the popular Santa

Fe Plaza shopping mall have slapped a prominent business man with a

lawsuit because of mold.

They allege the building Gerald s leased to them has made them

permanently sick.

s paid for a major cleanup, and was paying for everyone's

healthcare.

But that all stopped after a study commissioned by s found the

mold posed no danger.

" All of the symptoms both my wife and I suffer from are mold-

related, " said Munsell, a shop owner.

Munsell and his attorney declined to say how much money the lawsuit

is seeking.

A spokesperson for s says other tenants, including some new

businesses haven't had any problems, and are happy with their

situation.
