Grape Seed Extract...and have essentially " cured " allergy issues...talked about

this some while trying LDN for the 6 months, but haven't mentioned it here

ever.....just a heads up on Grape Seed Extract for about everything in our

bodies: immune system, heart, cancer prevention and much much more...

Regular grape seed extract and resveratrol are powerful antioxidants, it's just

that I've been taking G.S. for so long and resveratrol is pretty new on the

health market....

I know that Muscadine grapes contain high resveratrol content as I've done some

research on that Grape, but how much they differ I don't know....my history is

with Grape Seed Extract and the miracle of it in my health re: allergies and

sinus issues...

I take both as I buy Muscadine Grape Seed from vitacost now too....it's not an

extract.

If the resveratrol is giving you good results then stay with it, again it's just

so new on the market....jam
