I took some Biotin today :)) Not for a while - I stopped everything when I

had a huge gastric upset 2 weeks ago - will start again - the meter was

cheap ..... I'll see if I can find the link - you're in the US - so no

postage - though I dont think he charges postage anyway .... not sure if he

has the same item now - there is one there for around $13 tho

Mine was $39 - good service (free torch!!)

Also the Frex frequencies might help - do you have them? I listened to the

one for tinnitus this morning - could really feel the impact right deep

inside my ears - there is one for brain stimulation there ....

hugs!

Brain fog/Jane

>Dianne does your brain work better in some places than others?<

I'm not sure, Jane. I don't usually consider my location when I am fumbling

around for words or answers. I get too aggravated! <grin>

>I bought a Gauss meter & the screaming noise it made around my desk might

>explain why neither of us can think sitting at our pc's?<

I notice the fumbling most when having a substantial conversation on the

phone, or when attempting to come up with answers while watching Jeopardy,

but there are a slew of electronics in the living room of my small

apartment. How expensive is a Gauss meter?

>The monitor, the desk lamp & the modem were all screamers.<

Yikes!

>I have also increased my water intake - so now i get night cramps again & I

>can't

remember if my brain works better or not!<

I used to get cramps in my feet all the time. THAT really got my attention!

I haven't had any in quite a while, though. I wonder if it's because I make

a point of taking daily magnesium?

As far as dehydration is concerned, I pinch the skin on the backs of my

hands. If it doesn't spring back quickly, I up the amount of water I drink.

Usually, I make a point of getting around half a gallon a day (i.e., 64

ounces).

Hugs, Dianne

P.S. Still taking Biotin? My hands are looking pretty good.

Potassium is good for stopping cramps in my lower leg. I take it at

night or with last meal of the day. Just a suggestion in case someone

out there gets loose bowels from the magesium. I now have restless leg

syndrome in my left foot. Magnesium helps with that. My wife had it in

her leg and the magnesium at bed time stopped it.

Many moons ago, I read that the FREE solution to the big pharma INVENTED

" restless leg syndrome " was to simply walk / jog.
