Guest guest
Message from Dr. Nagy: Sharon K Heads Up! This is the official notification that the subject of Environmental Medicine and Illness (or Chemical Sensitivity) will be discussed on Nightline on Thursday the 20th at 11:35 pm on ABC if you are interested in recording or seeing it. (Unless some disaster bumps us). Bill Rea was interviewed in Texas at his Environmental Health Center of Dallas (_www.ehcd.com_ (http://www.ehcd.com/) ). Days later, on Martha's Vineyard, Dr. Nagy (with her supportive husband Wes) was interviewed as a representative, successfully treated patient of Bill Rea's from 2003. She has an incredible story that motivated them to fly up Terry Moran and the producer on a moments notice. Please encourage (and call) all people, patients, and their relatives you know that may be interested to watch and especially those who may be helpful in helping to get the word out nationally about the ubiquity of these conditions - especially among women over 40 in this country. My thrust to audiences is now this: I now see that as a physician who has recovered from life threatening EI that a large portion (70%) of the female population is suffering from often very mild symptoms of the syndrome that I had severely. Anxiety, allergies, perfume dislike, and clothing tags itching the neck are just a few examples of these symptoms which we do not often realize indicate that the body has become overloaded by environmental exposures in the face of declining hormones and nutrition. Your thoughts, help with our organization's effort to make sure that other people do not suffer the horror of not knowing why they are becoming ill, are appreciated. Check out the new website, tell me who to contact and be an active participant in the education of the country. Please join PEHA at _www.environmentalmedicineinfo.com_ (http://www.environmentalmedicineinfo.com/) - it takes 15 seconds! PEHA hopes to join together all groups with environmental health concerns as a stronger, unified force. Your individual or group participation is requested regardless of ability to donate and that means you! I now need a show of confidence from my peers, family, and friends at this time to enable me to appear at the next venues: Case Western Reserve, (hopefully) Cleveland Clinic, and Cornell Medical College among others. Please forward this to others in your organization and I thank you for your time and support. And look for my horse Noodle to be featured jumping as well! Sincerely, Lavine Nagy M.D. **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home.
