Hello. I am " very " new to DMSO but also very excited after hearing an

interview with Janet R on One Radio Network. I purchased a 100ml bottle

of 100% liquid DMSO. Thus far, I have diluted it in a 30/70% ratio (30% DMSO

70% water). After two days I diluted it to a 50/50% ratio. I apply iit to

my knee twice daily with a cotton ball. I am not sure what should be the

proper dilution rate for my knee condition and so I am hoping that a

knowledgeable person can offer some advice. Thank You. PS. I don't know whether

this

is a " placebo " effect but I can state, with my fingers crossed, that since

I started using it, I do feel less pain and stiffness in my knee!

Hi, Yes---DMSO & MSM are fantastic !! Usually the dilution is = what

your skin can handle. Some folks can put on full strength & not have a problem

--some have to dilute it down as far as 5 to 10%.. I would suggest

visiting a used book site & buy copies of--- Books:--- !. DMSO Nature's

Healer

by Morton { I got my copies used on amazon.com }

2-.-MSM The Definitive Guide by Stanely MD and Appleton, ND

{ they are mentioned at the bottom of every post & are what I feel " The

Best " to help you besides this group..} Lois

To avert the drying affect of DMSO on skin, just put coconut oil or another

oil on with it and your skin won't dry out.

Good advice !! some folks use glycerin ---
