I am " very " new to DMSO but also very excited after hearing an interview with Janet R on One Radio Network. I purchased a 100ml bottle of 100% liquid DMSO. Thus far, I have diluted it in a 30/70% ratio (30% DMSO 70% water). After two days I diluted it to a 50/50% ratio. I apply iit to my knee twice daily with a cotton ball. I am not sure what should be the proper dilution rate for my knee condition and so I am hoping that a knowledgeable person can offer some advice. Thank You. PS. I don't know whether this is a " placebo " effect but I can state, with my fingers crossed, that since I started using it, I do feel less pain and stiffness in my knee! Hi, Yes---DMSO & MSM are fantastic !! Usually the dilution is = what your skin can handle. Some folks can put on full strength & not have a problem --some have to dilute it down as far as 5 to 10%.. I would suggest visiting a used book site & buy copies of--- Books:--- !. DMSO Nature's Healer by Morton { I got my copies used on amazon.com } 2-.-MSM The Definitive Guide by Stanely MD and Appleton, ND { they are mentioned at the bottom of every post & are what I feel " The Best " to help you besides this group..} Lois
Guest guest
To avert the drying affect of DMSO on skin, just put coconut oil or another oil on with it and your skin won't dry out.
