I can't use turmeric internally as it messes my old stomach ulcer, i get pain

with this  herb, but I open the capsules and put in my topicals creams...

 

I will continue with the DE clay as I believe it does good stuff...like cleans

the colon and kills parasites....j

I use the DE clay on my dog. Instead of the toxic med they want me to

give him. I also give him iodine and sea salt. MSM, etc. He is a 3.5

year old 110 lb. malinois. I adore him and I want him healthy and

happy. So now I will try it on me. I know it can probably do me some

good and I doubt it will do any harm.

Oh good, I have 5lbs and still have lots as I didn't take it for a year....but

I'm taking it daily now, 1T in morning in my water drink...with MSM powder and a

splash of vinegar and a tad of stevia...and a small package of emergenC

I do sea salt in lemon juice. Never thought of MSM. If I take too much

MSM I am on the john all day!

The Red Lake DE with clay can be bought at some Tractor supply stores. Of

course can't be advertised for humans but it is food grade... Lois
