OT, Vit D and Weight

For so much, we need to make sure our Vit D levels are optimal...just got this

today from Vit D Council:

 

One of the most replicated findings in vitamin D research is that the higher

your vitamin D, the less you weigh; the lower your vitamin D, the more you

weigh. Conventional wisdom says that fat-soluble vitamins, like D, dissolve

themselves in fat and disappear from the blood.

 I have been given blanket permission to post anything from Vit D Council

newsletters...they want the word spread.
