The program for youth processed through the juvenile court system moved into the former Astro Camp last fall. But Ogden School District officials say a leaky roof is causing fungus growth that could cause respiratory problems. An anonymous tip led the Weber/ Health Department to check the building, where an inspector found no problems. Then the district hired a private environmental firm. That report came up negative, too. But district officials say they aren't taking any chances with the program's 70 kids. Executive Director Bruce Penland says nearby Elementary School is the most likely candidate for the program's next home.
