Guest guest
Gelatin is also meant to be good for hair & ACV - I drink prilled water as well as a Mg supplement & my hair is pretty thin on top - though since the Biotin it seems to be less dry - thanks Lyn. Dianne I gather Hyaluronic Acid Capsules are widely available in the US - good for joints, hair & nails - I'd try it. I'd also go for coconut oil for skin & hair ( & dementia) I sometimes take a tsp of my husband's porridge which has coconut oil in it. But I'm trying to stoick to fruit in the morning at the moment.
