Guest guest
No transition needed. You just measure out the cream dose to be the same mg you are taking as a pill. 1/4 tsp equals 10 mg HC (actually it is equal to 11.6 mg HC, so I measure a scant 1/4 tsp for 10 mg). Some people use little scales or oral syringes to measure out their doses, I just use 1/4 and 1/8 tsp measuring spoons. sol TUbbs wrote: > Val, > > I how could I transition over to HC creams? Guest guest
I use abdomen areas, hips, buttocks, around to small of my back as far as I can reach, thighs, shins, back of knees, etc. I don't use arms myself, though some do. The point being to vary the areas, not using any one all the time. sol TUbbs wrote: > Okay, got it, but where do you rub the stuff on?
