Guest guest
Thanks for the clarification Lyn! I always take the CO on my way out the door to do morning chores – on a completely empty stomach. I’m not sure how much I generally consume, but I would guess it is no more than 1 teaspoon. I didn’t even know that I was possibly flirting with a crampy stomach. Yikes! So, if I’m not getting a herxing reaction, does that mean that maybe I don’t have issues with candida or any viral loads at the time, do you think? That would be an interesting home-based test to expose, or possibly rule out, candida, don’t you think? I’ve never had an outward yeast issue (female or otherwise!), but I’ve always wondered if candida could be at the root of my health issues. Maybe I’ll have to try to consume it more often (a decrease in appetite would be welcome, as well!).
