Guest guest
Osgood-Schloter is caused by inflammation of the tendon, generally below the knee brought on by rapid stops and starts, for kiddo's with rapid growth of bones. 9-15yrs,. DMSO will help relieve the swelling and inflammation of tendons. I often melt down a baby aspirin and mix that in with the DMSO before applying it, seems to help, david lubbock tx. Guest guest
Thank! I will try this for my son. His knees are both swollen with this (and iceskating and snowboaring did not help). Guest guest
Overuse exacerbates the problem, but at your son's age, it is extremely difficult to slow them down, fortunately they grow out of it, good luck, david lubbock tx.
