Osgood-Schloter is caused by inflammation of the tendon, generally below

the knee

brought on by rapid stops and starts, for kiddo's with rapid growth of

bones. 9-15yrs,. DMSO will help relieve the swelling and inflammation of

tendons. I often melt down a baby aspirin and mix that in with the DMSO

before applying it, seems to help, david lubbock tx.

I will try this for my son. His knees are both swollen with this (and

iceskating and

snowboaring did not help).
