Hello,

I haven't had that from topical use although it has been minimal.  Although,

when I first started drinking it (1/8tsp then up to a 1/4tsp. in aloe vera

juice) I had water butt for a week, I was taking the DMSO every morning for a

week tho too so...I stopped for a week and just started again this week, same

dosage/schedule and no more water butt...I think it was just my bodies first

exposure it ficked out a bunch of toxins and that's how they needed to leave...I

feel great and seems my already super healthy teeth and gums seem even nicer!

Everyone is different and everyone has there own things to " detox " so I think

everyone will react in their own way to any DMSO exposure but in the end it's

all for the better!!!!

Best,

Hyalauronic Acid supplement is a good thing to take for joint pain. It

is supposed to help rebuild joints.

yes. I've been looking into it. This HA mix gets excellent reviews and is

affordable. --tls

60 caps $12.16

www.iherb.com/Doctor-s-Best-Best-Hyaluronic-Acid-with-Chondroitin-Sulfate-60-Cap\

sules/4457?at=0

We used 20% dilute DMSO w/ water and 7% lugols .. to = 10% of mixture. Soak

cotton balls thoroughly, put a cotton pad over that, wrap in ace bandage -

plastic wrap overnight. kept aching away for months. If needed do it again.

Stronger solution can be used, but can give a mild chemical burn on sensitive

skin. Excellent for mild to moderate cases. Certainly worked for me. Maybe

the two ideas together wd work for the degenerative cases? ---tls

I NOW take 300mg HA which I get mostly from vitacost or swansons...take usually

2-3 times per day..

dr. oz recently talked about 300mg 3 times per day...chondrontin is way down on

the list of beneficial joint remedies....I had a list many yrs ago and

chondrontin was last....i don't use it all.

I get my HA from vitacost ... lots of product at a great price. 240 caps

for $ 34.99.

http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-hyaluronic-acid-with-biocell-collagen-ii

If I couldn't get the vitacost HA, Drs. Best would be at the top of my

list. I think their quality is A-1.

I wish Drs. Best was cost comparitive with Vitacost's brand.

Don't 'under-dose' at first. I took two caps in the am for a few days,

didn't notice much difference but did when I increased to 2 in am and 2 in

pm. After a while, I was able to cut back to 2 per day again. I think

this product and DMSO for occassional, acute pain relief (like after

weeding in the garden..lol) is a wonderful combo. Lola

true .. CS on its own is crap. I was looking at the synergistic blends and

they seem even better than HA alone, which must be taken in high doses to do any

real good. Costs a small fortune. Amazon, swanson, vitacost, iherb, etc

indicate pretty much the same thing. ---tls
