Guest guest
http://www.nccn.net/~wwithin/distilledwater.htm I have heard people claim it depleats you of minerals.... however the above link claims otherwise.... Who knows what to believe.... If we are talking about closest to nature... we wouldn't find distilled water out in the " wild " but with all the crap in the water distilled doesn't scare me either..... I am interested in what others think. Distilled water? Hi everyone, fter purchasing 12 gallons(!) of Poland Spring distilled water, I saw a note rom Dr. Mercola saying, " Don't drink distilled water! " He didn't say why. y tap water has both chlorine and fluoride in it, and I feel ill when I drink t. Normally I buy spring water, but Fresh Direct, my online food delivery ervice, said it was out of stock. (I don't have the money for a good filtration ystem, and anything else isn't going to remove the above contaminants.) o, the question is, does anyone know why it might be a problem to drink istilled water? (I'm wondering if it might be the lack of minerals, but I'm not ure what damage that might do.) If so, is there some way to improve its uality? Guest guest
I drink only distilled and spring from arrowhead and add my minerals and I also add pH drops to my water since distilled for sure is acidic.  but it's pure water, no chlorine and fluoride and all the other crap in tap city water.  My local market can't keep distilled 2.5 gallons on the shelf...it goes so fast. ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Thursday, April 5, 2012 12:07 PM Subject: Re: Distilled water?  http://www.nccn.net/~wwithin/distilledwater.htm I have heard people claim it depleats you of minerals.... however the above link claims otherwise....
