Guest guest
Hi everyone, After purchasing 12 gallons(!) of Poland Spring distilled water, I saw a note from Dr. Mercola saying, " Don't drink distilled water! " He didn't say why. My tap water has both chlorine and fluoride in it, and I feel ill when I drink it. Normally I buy spring water, but Fresh Direct, my online food delivery service, said it was out of stock. (I don't have the money for a good filtration system, and anything else isn't going to remove the above contaminants.) So, the question is, does anyone know why it might be a problem to drink distilled water? (I'm wondering if it might be the lack of minerals, but I'm not sure what damage that might do.) If so, is there some way to improve its quality? Thanks, Dianne
