done one..but I do LOVE grape fruit, and I think I can swollo the oil,,It's just

that I remember the PAIN I had with a gallbladder attack in 1979,  I never hurt

that bad having natural child birth!! So, that is the only thing that I am a

little concerned about.

Subject: liver cleanse

If you google " hulda clark " " liver cleanse " you will find the one she

recommends. She said it has been used for many generations and works

really well. I recall that my 'belly' went flatter than it ever has before

after this cleanse. Didn't stay that way though. This undoubtedly means

that I needed to do several more cleanses!! Must develop more discipline

and self-control. pj

My wife did 21. She overdid it but never got ill. I did 7. Kept

seeing smaller and smaller gallstones that were progressively more

pale. Started at pea sized and were frozen green pea color. Ended

being barely visible, and an off white color. I suspect the oldest ones

were on the bottom, in the gall bladder. Then after clearing them out,

I must have worked my way up into the liver itself and got the most

recent ones. The green color is bile.

The older they are, the greener they are. Really old ones can be as big

as marbles or grapes and can be a mottled green and black. A lady of 74

years told me about her super big ones, camo no less. It is so fun to

get old!
