Guest guest
I totally understand what you mean. I was always a good fast reader that devoured books. Now I have to force myself to read and it takes me a long time. I even have to take notes so I can remember who is who. I was a teacher for yrs. and could handle 25 students at once and almost do 25 things at the same time. Now I forget where I put things and have to make a weekly and daily list just to accomplish my errands. Very frustrating for me and many times I spend hrs. trying to find something that I know I had in my hands earlier. Wears me out just looking for things and I get really over loaded trying to handle too many things at once. Like getting Easter dinner with family was difficult. I made a list when to set the table, dishes out, schedule to cook/bake foods, forgot to turn on the oven so we did eat later than planned. I try not to get myself too upset about it and just deal with i the best I can. But it does scare me to realize what an unorganized person I've become. Very hard but I keep trying and doing my best. People look at me and wonder what's wrong. If they could only crawl inside my mind and body they would then run & then may be understand what I go through. I love reading books, this is just one more thing toxic mold has stolws from me. I look at a page now and there are no words there. **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Guest guest
I must be out of it for sure. I had read his book a while back and never retained that. Does Dr. Shoemaker have any alternative recommendations for people who are taking oral steroids for asthma?
