Guest guest
The patient underwent a total laryngectomy with left modified radical neck dissection and a tracheoesophogeal puncture. A s/l *kile* leak was noticed. Later during the hospital course doctor again dictates .. the patient maintained two neck drains which were watched closely for s/l *kile* leak. And again.... the patient was not tolerating the s/l *kile* feed tube in his nose so a G-tube was placed.
