Guest guest
Great Video! Unfortunately, if I had not already known 's story, the mask would have prevented me from understanding 90% of what she said. Below, is the comment I posted on YouTube. I love you ! .................................................................................\ .......................... My YouTube comment: Awesome Video. But, as a fellow mold sufferer, I wonder whether 's wearing the mold mask is counter-productive. The N.Y. State Mold Task Force might think that the mask indicates that thinks that there is mold in the room that she is testifying in, or that she feels that her mold sensitivity requires wearing the mask EVERYWHERE, and not just in moldy environments. I hope they don't put the mask in the same category as " wearing an aluminum foil hat for space alien mind-reading rays " .
Guest guest
My apologies to . Like Ralph Kramden used to say, on " The Honeymooners " : " I got a BIG mouth " . I should have realized that had a good reason to wear her mask, while giving her testimony. It was NOT just good theater. contacted me, through YouTube and explained that the mold exposure has made her chemically hypersensitive (exactly the same thing has happened to me). I should have realized that was the case, before posting my stupid reply. Pease forgive me . I sent you a long apology, on YouTube. But, when I clicked on the " send " button, I did not see a confirmation that my reply had been sent to you. Next time, I will make every attempt to email people directly, BEFORE making a putz out of myself, with my BIG mouth. Joe ........................................................ > > Great Video! Guest guest
It is unfortunate that the mask is so ugly and shocking. At one point, I would have done anything to get breathing relief in a particularly bad classroom. The Library is also a classroom. People NEED to be shocked. If I had worn a mask, it might have lessened my symptoms, but also the parents would have a " visual " to understand what is " going on " - if I had a cane, or if was in a wheelchair, no one would bat an eyelash. It is the " invisible " or " non-apparent " respiratory, auto-immune, response, that would require such dire measures; and perhaps, wake parents up to what their kids are exposed to. We are all breathing in the same air. I would often have people say to me " You LOOK so GOOD. " I would say " Thank You Estée Lauder. " Because I refused to go out in public looking like a " mess. " Even if I felt AWFUL. It fuels the " malingering " argument. That if you are not in a wheelchair, or with your head bandaged, or wearing a sling, that you are not injured, and a malingerer. The public does not see the fever you have, or the hair that is falling out, or the skin rashes. The non-apparentness of this poisoning is what cries out for resolution. I did see those kids in my class with rashes, hair falling out, dry throats, dark rings under their eyes, etc. Like doubting " " - what people do not see, they find hard to believe. 2008 © > > Great Video!
