Guest guest
A very happy Ramazan Eid to everybody! Why is this Eid called Eid ul Fitr and Eid e Milad both? What does this Eid commemorate, besides fasting end, of course. Kishore Shah 1974
Guest guest
Dear All Eid Mubarak........... Eid al-Fitr is a celebration to mark the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. Muslims have been advised to stick to the foundations of Islam as pillars of Islam Ramadan is one of them. Eid is an Arabic word meaning " festivity " , while Fiá¹r means " breaking the fast " . Muslims believe that they are commanded byGod, as mentioned in the Quran, to continue their fast until the last day of Ramadan and pay the Zakat and Fitra before doing the Eid Prayer . As an obligatory act of charity, Zakat or money is paid to the poor and the needy (Arabic: Sadaqat-ul-fitr) before performing the ‘Eid prayer: * To show happiness * To give as much charity as is possible regards aasawari91 Celebrating Eid......... ________________________________ To: mgims Sent: Monday, 20 August 2012 8:32 AM Subject: Re: EID MUBARAK  A very happy Ramazan Eid to everybody!
