Do a search on Boron and Arthritis....a friend from australia has me taking 12mg

a day for 3 months and then 3-6mg daily for maintenance....

 

Lots of info on arthritis and boron deficiency....

While we're biotining our skin - have you seen this for nails Dianne? A

friend says it works but I haven't tried it yet ....

JM, boron, especially good for arthritis, but perhaps no so good for artery

blockage, atherosclerosis, what thread am I on? I think I need another

drink to keep up. Let me recap, artery blockage to salt/oil bath for nails,

to biotin for nails, to boron for arthritis.

Nails are not my concern, arthritis is what I deal with and there is a lot of

info on Boron and Arthritis...I've been taking 3mg for a couple yrs with cal mag

and D3, but doing the 12mg for 3 months to see if OA issues improve.....
