Guest guest
Great Job - I wish I had one of those masks for one of my classrooms that I was moved to which felt like I was breathing fiberglass. Each inhalation was that painful. School Mold is its' own specific category, because of the materials you handle which are contaminated, which are your 'tools of the trade' and over which you have no control. The financial devastation is awful. That kind of salary loss is bad. Especially at a time when you really need it for college, etc. This is no joke. Systemic poison is exactly the term, and forget the over simplification of the 'sinus infection' when your hair is falling out and you are fatigued beyond belief. The worst is the treatment of the school administration. It is kicking a sick school service provider, as they try to keep working, and taking care of " other people's children " - while the parents are unaware of the risk their kids are at, or whether they think the teacher is not 'competent.' Great job. Those kids are better off for having you as their librarian.
