www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jc5ziEbP7MU & feature=channel Just watching this today

.... amazing stuff. Allantoin may be the main healing substance, but you never

know for sure. http://jbjs.org/pdfaccess.ashx?ResourceID=12870 & PDFSource=17

I was thinking more of mashing up the leaves of the plant & roots of the SS

(I have both growing - I would make a mash & wrap a crepe bandage around the

joint & then somecling wrap and do this over night ) - massaging the knee

from where the pain is up along the thigh away from the knee to relieve the

pressure in the knee can help - often the knee pain relates to pelvic & low

spine malalignment ..... you could add tincture to clay & MDSO to form a

poultice or use a castor oil poultice over night? One of my chiros used to

get me to cough and as I coughed push my abdo UP - you can do this

yourself - it just releives the pressure - oh and remember to sit down if

you're drinking anything.

I am having some weird pain in my right knee. It's not the joint, it's the

connective tissue AROUND the joint. I tried an Ace bandage and that made the

pain a lot less, but I don't want to have to wind a bandage around my knee

forever. Do you think SS would help?

Also, how do you use a mullein poultice? Could you expand a little on that?

I think I have some liquid mullein among my supplements. I wonder if adding

a bit of DMSO would help?

Thanks, Dianne

HI - You do not mention your age, exercise history etc.

there's lot's that can contribute to this kind of pain, (torn ligaments,

frazzled tissue wear and tear etc.)

what I work on is reducing inflammation.

Sometimes this can mean taking Advil for several days- and then going

on to herbals etc.

Here's what works for me- when I remember to take it!

glucosomine (clondroitin not nec.)

TMG

MSM

maybe teasel herb tincture

I buy all powders and mix it into orange juice. (you can easily figure out

the dose from googling)

I swear it works bec. since I am such a lazy daisy,

I often forget and then start to feel the creaks and discomfort.

The day I take this mix, I feel the difference.

Are you, by any chance double jointed? This can be significant.
