update on mom (advice needed)

Hi everyone, the last 2 days mom has began to have delusions

again.Yesterday she got very upset because she thought someone picked

her up out of her chair and threw her back down.Last night she tried to

get up on her own and i caught her but she was very upset because she

insisted the house was burning down.Ive checked her fever, no fever,

because the first thing I thought was a uti, She is on the last week of

the namenda starter kit so she is on i believe 10 mgs in morning and 10

at night.Thats the only thing new to her meds list.I had opted out of

giving her the pain meds the dr prescribed because she said the pain

was ok just from over the counter tylenol.So the namenda is all thats

fairly new.Again theres no fever, is ther anything I can look for?Shes

been doing well for a long time and then all of the sudden she has

these dellusions again.If any of this sounds familier Id appreciate any
