Guest guest
My knee pain was on the inside of the knee and didn't seem to be the joint. The leg pushing on the gym machine helped along with GMSO roll-on. My recent usage of FlexoPlex works well and the pain has disappeared. Guest guest
My knee pain was on the inside of the knee and didn't seem to be the joint.< Ah, that's different! I just remembered that back in the 80s, I had pain in the same location in my left knee. After a while, I slipped and tore the cartilage in my left knee (the meniscus). After a year of toughing i out, I had arthroscopy and that took care of it. I wonder if it's my right knee's turn to get fractious? My recent usage of FlexoPlex works well and the pain has disappeared.< Cool. I will check it out. Hugs, Dianne
Guest guest
THe newest thing I'm using now is Danish Rose Hips from swansons and on my 2nd bottle, don't know yet...Danish Rose Hips are in a product called I-Flex and the Rose Hips are less expensive, so I'm going this route vs I-Flex which is more costly.  Also have Hops coming soon, from swansons....Hops are in joint formulas and my dad drank beer all his life and really not much joint issues..... ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Monday, March 26, 2012 1:14 PM Subject: Sore knee/Smitty  >Here is a comparison on the various pain relieving supplements available.< Excellent chart, Smitty! I will save it in case I ever have inner joint issues. My aunt had bone on bone osteoarthritis, and she was in agony. She finally wound up having a knee replacement and that caused her even worse pain than she'd had before. I suspect the surgeon she used was incompetent. If your pain is IN the joint, have you ever tried glucosamine? About 14 years ago, I had that sort of pain, and GS 1500 by Enzymatic Therapy healed it in two months. Of course I caught in while it was its early stages, so I might have been lucky. At any rate, that particular pain has never come back. Right now I am looking for a supplement which supports the connective tissue " around " the joint. That's where my pain seems to be. Guest guest
I had similar problems with pain around the knee joints and also around the low spine and across the back of the hip bones mostly. I got rid of it by stopping all coffee eating or drinking. It took about 3 weeks of total abstinence from coffee before I could tell much difference, and if I drink any coffee I start to get " arthritis " type symptoms the next day and the second day. Takes several days to go away. Not easy to stop coffee drinking, but it can be done. Worth a try.
