Guest guest
>We dissolved [Advil] in DMSO and did topical.< Interesting! I think I will do the same with aspirin and see what happens. I've taken aspiring all my life, never had a problem with it, and for me, it is a very good pain reliever. It actually works better than many prescription meds. >I have exactly the same issue walking downstairs I feel creaky. Fibro affects it all - natch.< You have my understanding; it's such an annoying condition!! >Bromelian, Tumeric< I eat a fair amount of raw pineapple and a lot of curries, but I guess I could also pick up the supplements! > " FlexNow " (a shea product I am currently trying to research IF it is nec. to buy this or if we can just take shea butter)< I'd be interested in hearing what you discover. I actually have a jar of shea butter. Are you researching internal or topical uses? You might want to look into Silica (bamboo extract poss?) but the one I have researched is " Bio-Sil " - it is tested and definitely bio-avail. A little goes a loooong way...< I'll keep it in mind. Silica as Diatamaceous earth might be a consideration and of course epsom salt baths, as we all need more magnesium to get the calcium uptake.< I actually have a can of food-grade DE. I might try taking it to see if anything improves. IIRC, it also helps detox? Are you aware of all the lit on fibro/alternatives/ and probable " causes " ?< There sure is a lot of speculation on causes. I'm presently chewing on thyroid issues as a possible cause. >It is superb and tremendously informative. Make sure to scroll down to find the info.< Will do! I recently discovered that people who are extremely flexible actually have a collegen forming disorder!!!< LOL! Not as flexible as I was. In my teens, I used to be constantly spraining my ankles. Why can't anything be SIMPLE!!! Thanks, Dianne
