Goodness - mine's only 500mcg - does that mean I have to take 20 capsules?<

Hi Jane,

If you are aiming to take 5000 mcg twice daily, then I guess you will have to

take 10 capsules each time. (That does sound like a lot!) I started with only

one cap to make sure I didn't have any side effects. All is well, so I will

start taking two a day.

The improvement I've seen is minor, but noticeable. Maybe we can compare results

in a month? ;-D

Yes lets Dianne - that means a bottle would last me 3 days!! I have taken 2

a day without ill effect - will see if I can get stronger capsules

somewhere - yours are 5,000 mcg I gather?

My son has fair skin & works outside & has found Hemp Oil is having amazing

results rubbed in with an almost instant tan & no sun burn + coconut oil is

very good for skin - we were going to combine the two & for nails Hyaluronic

Acid is the only thing that has ever helped mine.

iHerb have Biotin 5,000 mcg - not expensive either AND they have Aubrey

products which have just recently been recommended to me - anyone have

knowledge of these products?
