Can anyone recommend a basic book that explains how to apply and use the

These are the best books I know..DMSO Nature's Healer by Morton

MSM The Definitive Guide by Stanely MD and Appleton,ND {They

are listed at the bottom of all the posts } Can usually find them used on

Amazon.com.

MSM is made from DMSO. Can usually be bought at farm supply stores where

they sell products for horses. & don't worry about the quality. If they use

it for million dollar horses it works for me.. & my pets... You can mix

MSM or DMSO with distilled water & use it topically also usually 70% DMSO 30%

other...If it feels too strong dilute it some more... We use a gel.we get

from ihealthtree.com It works great. Some folks on the list make their

own. Wish I had paid attention & knew how :-) Lois
