Re: Stomach Irritation + DMSO??

I suggested to a friend with arthritis in her hands to try using some DMSO

(topically). She reported back to me that her hands felt much better, but she

thought the DMSO " ate " her stomach. She said she was unable to eat anything for

a couple of days. She did say that she had used a lot of ibuprofen int he past

and it had irritated her stomach, so she had to stop using the ibuprofen.

Anybody heard of a stomach reaction to topically applied DMSO? I would love to

have some information to give her.
