Guest guest
When it first came out it was predominantly the v expensive Maritime Pine - do you think grapeseed is as good? Jane I would give this more thought too. Almost 17 yrs ago I was at a health lecture for Pycnogenol, it had just come into the U. S. from France....we were being told it " MAY " prevent cancer... So I got on it immediately and have taken either Pycnogenol or Grape Seed Extract daily...almost 17 yrs soon. Now, I'm reading more research hospitals are using Grape Seed in their cancer research...city of hope, mayo, maryland medical and more I'm sure.... I take primarily Grape Seed Extract NOW....it's a blood thinner so if you take a blood thinning drug, caution. There is a ton of info out there on Pycnogenol and Grape Seed Extract, so do your research. First thing I got rid of was allergies, sinus issues and headaches.... Google a health issue and Grape Seed Extract and you are guaranteed something will come up. Most health issues anyway.....
