Has your daughter ever had strep throat. Many children are asymptomatic and you would no idea they even had an infection. I say this because you are describing verbatim the issues my dd had/has and she was never on Miralax at this time. I think it is worthwhile to have you dd ASO titers checked. It is a quick blood test and will tell you if you are dealing with a problem with strep. Not saying it's not Miralax but please just confirm that there is not a strep issue.
