The plaque dissolving recipe I have here is:

200mL raw organic garlic juice

200mL raw organic ginger juice

200mL raw organic lemon juice

mixed into 600mL raw organic honey

Stir gently until they dissolve together. Take 1 tablespoon three times a

day - the recipe is on the web.

If you want to combat plaque, it is best to have a good theory why it

occurs.

Dr. Levy along with his predecessor Linus ing has the best unifying

theory on cholesterol and heart disease I have ever read. I am also taking a

protocol following their guidelines and for the first time in 4 years, my

cholesterol is going down for whatever that may be worth!

They say that coronary heart disease is caused by a localized scurvy in the

damaged blood vessels. Vitamin C is essential to the health of all blood

vessels. When the intracellar " glue " of your arteries become damaged due to

lack of Vit C, many times from an infection, the first step is

arteriosclerosis. Vitamin C deficiency causes an ungelling of the

glycoproteins in the basement membrane of the blood vessels. A focal vitamin

C deficiency in the arterial wall degenerates the basement membrane allowing

the abnormal deposition of solutes such as calcium, cholesterol, and fats

because these are substitutes to Vit C. Subsequently there is a

proliferation of macrophages in the basement membrane which continues as

long the abnormal deposition of these solutes continues. And, until vitamin

C levels in the arteries normalize, abnormal deposits will continue to

appear and macrophages will continue to proliferate and engulf the solutes

(cholesterol), there by continuing the relentless progression of

arteriosclerosis.

Cholesterol is just one of a number of substances that will readily deposit

n an area of the artery where atherosclerosis has begun. Lipoprotein (a)

seems to serve as a surrogate or substitute for vitamin C. Low Vit C levels

regularly resulted in a compensatory increase in Lp(a) plasma levels. The

body compensates for a lack of Vit C by pulling Lp(a) out of the plasma and

depositing it in the wall.

Me, personally, by upping my Vitamin C, particularly in liposomal form and

adding lysine, My cholesterol has come way down which follows the predicted

results by Levy and ing.

There is a suppository that is supposed to do that. (Kelatox) I ordered

10 just because of my age and took maybe two a week, in evening before

showering. Easy to do. They cost around $8 each though if memory

serves, but are claimed to be very effective as they are absorbed into

the bloodstream via the walls of the colon. There is a vein there that

is supposed to go directly to the heart from that region, but I do not

recall the name of it. Apple cider vinegar taken either before, after a

meal or really anytime is supposed to help with arterial plaque too, but

Jane's method sounds far tastier to me!

Good post, Doug. I have read of this before in maybe two different

places. There are a host of middle age-to-old-age problems caused by

vitamin and miner deficiencies. Most produce we buy today is grown on

land that is literally worn out and the only thing that makes produce

grow there now is massive applications of ammonium-nitrate fertilizers.

The mineral content of much of our farm/crop lands today is nil because

the land has not been allowed to periodically go to seed/weeds and thus

renew it. We like to eat as much produce from our backyard garden as we

can and we do take vitamins and such all winter long to help to offset

the shortages.

My son loved the mixture and it cleared his cold in hours! I hate it -

garlic doesn't suit me - having read Doug I might opt for VitC!! Trouble is

the garlic cloves, some of the smaller ones, went straight through the

juicer whole! But it certainly is a powerful brew!

I decided to take this advice immediately & found an old container " BETA A-C

powder - an effervescent buffered Vit C with E, Rutin, Natural Betacarotene

and Zinc " so i took a heaped dessert spoon an hour ago and have already

spent 15 minutes on the toilet! Not sure about the plaque but I am for sure

no longer constipated!! Thanks Doug!

Jane,

Taking too much ascorbic acid most certainly will give one diarrhea.

Generally the sicker you are, the more " bowel tolerance " you have to taking

vitamin C. That is the beauty of the lipsomal form of Vit C in that you can

take so much more without getting diarrhea. If one is taking Vit C as you

are, most of the pioneers in Vit C mega-dose protocols tell you take it up

to bowel tolerance. So, I would back off, if I were you or move to Lipo-C.

Stacie, like your email addy, coconutmilk, purity, real kewl. If your

shopping and find serrapeptase or nattokinase, both systemic enzymes, be

certain to purchase one that is encapsulated so they make the perilous

journey through our stomach acid, they most often get destroyed by

hydrochloric acid in our tummy. So they are specially covered for that

journey, david lubbock tx.

Thanks Doug, I'm a bit neglectful I never take Vit C & then I think I should

take some! SO I took this big dose today for the first time for ages -

might take a small amount and see how that goes.
