Joe, my first thing in the morning GSE is on an empty stomach, then my 2nd dose

later in day is on food as I've eaten during the day....my stomach is never

empty but first thing.....if a person can't take it on empty stomach, then take

with food....

 

I have purchased 6 little books over the years on GSE and I could write my own

book on it's value....joyce

Make sure to be clear, I'm talking Grape Seed Extract the antioxidant and not

GSE which is a liquid anti-viral and some have gotten confused on them....

to us from France, I know Pycnogenol came from France....

 

The product I now take, ActiVin is produced in the Modesto, Ca area and from

that grape production.  

 

If you notice all the grapes we now buy in the markets are seedless...the best

part of the grape.

Just an FYI on this subject....the main reason I started on Pycnogenol back in

1995, we were told it " MAY " prevent cancer.....that was a big one for me to

hear.

 

Now years later Grape Seed Ex is used in research at many cancer research

hospitals...I certainly make no guarantees on this but I'm hoping and counting

on this too.

The antiviral is _Grapefruit seed extract._ Very bitter and very effective.

What's the difference? I never looked into GSE, so now that I am interested, you

have introduced an idea that makes me wonder about what to actually get. You are

calling two different things by the same name. So how do I know what I need and

what to look for?

GSE by many....

 

This is a good site:   grapeseedextract.com

 

They outline the benefits and what it is exactly but I don't buy from this

source although it's probably a good product...

 

The other is Grapefruit Seed Extract, the antiviral also referred to as GSE and

is a bottle which is liquid...

 

BTW: If one takes a blood thinner, caution you may not be able to take both....
