Guest guest
Well, wanted everyone to know what an exceptional company puritan pride is. They are having their buy 1 get 2 free sale so I stocked up on certain supplements. Now, I live in south texas. The order came in sometime Saturday, but my UPS driver doesn't like coming down our lane so he leaves packages out by the road. In the sun. because I was aware that the box would be here either Friday or Saturday I was watching for it-but apparently got there too late anyway. I brought the box inside and let it sit on my table. Opened it up just now and the 3 oil based products-CoQ10, Resveratrol and Asxlatin (spelling)-were simply melted into big blobs. Now of course it is not Puritan's fault that happened. I thought they'd tell me to turn it into UPS or something, but she very kindly was apologetic (!) and is sending me a whole new order by USPS, because that guy has a smaller truck and brings it right to my door. So I'm getting my 3 products replace for free, and no shipping costs! I'm amazed. That's what customer service should be. She told me to throw the melted product away but I'm going to scrape it out of the bottles and put it into DMSO for external use. I believe the DMSO will dissolve the oils, right? Can't imagine why not-it seems to dissolve most everything. It may take it a while-it took the DMSO a month to break down the bottle of mixed B tablets I put in. After breaking down the tablets and absorbing the B content it left the worthless fillers at the bottom of the jar. Since these oil based products are in capsules it may dissolve the melted capsules too-which would be fine because they are non-soy based anyway. So just wanted everyone to know what a great company Puritan's Pride is. If you want you can still get in on their buy 1 get 2 free sale at www.puritan.com Samala,
