Guest guest
I can't help but believe there is something to the nail conditions and our health...deficiencies, etc....  I take Iodine daily now for a couple yrs, Iosol is my choice and I take 4-5 drops in 1/3 glass of water.   On the HA, I now take it too faithfully for the last couple months, 200mg three times per day, it's a bit pricey, but I think it helps my joints...drink lots of water when taking HA. I drink water all day.  8 glasses at least.  jam ________________________________ To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Sent: Tuesday, June 19, 2012 12:03 AM Subject: NAILS // was Re: OT on aches/painsRe: Garnet- Applied DMSO to lower back  Heredity wise none of the female side of my family ever had " moons " in our nails - other than the extremely vertically ridges thumbnails & there maybe 2mm only. It's an interesting subject and I bet the ayurvedic practitioners would have a bit to say about it. Perhaps I should open my bottle of iodine again. A liquid version of Hyaluronic Acid I had here is the only thing I ever knew to make my nails more flexible. Very very expensive now tho, too dear. Jane I've recently been looking at Nail Conditions and health issues....white moons on the nails, disappearing moons (can be HypoT issues), pinkish color moons may indicate heart issues....Vertical lines indicates arthritis or needing more thyroid support. Guest guest
Did you see the YouTube video recently about improving nails soaked in salt, olive oil & water? I have taken HA capsules but it hasn't made any difference.
