Guest guest
Heredity wise none of the female side of my family ever had " moons " in our nails - other than the extremely vertically ridges thumbnails & there maybe 2mm only. It's an interesting subject and I bet the ayurvedic practitioners would have a bit to say about it. Perhaps I should open my bottle of iodine again. A liquid version of Hyaluronic Acid I had here is the only thing I ever knew to make my nails more flexible. Very very expensive now tho, too dear. Jane I've recently been looking at Nail Conditions and health issues....white moons on the nails, disappearing moons (can be HypoT issues), pinkish color moons may indicate heart issues....Vertical lines indicates arthritis or needing more thyroid support.
