Guest guest
I've recently been looking at Nail Conditions and health issues....white moons on the nails, disappearing moons (can be HypoT issues), pinkish color moons may indicate heart issues....Vertical lines indicates arthritis or needing more thyroid support.  Prior to labs, doctors would look at patients' nails and pretty much knew health issues they had, heart, cancer, anemia, pain issues, etc....  Does anyone have any idea when blood work labs all started. I believe thryoid labs started in the 70's.....interesting topic and thought I'd throw this one out.  ________________________________ To: " DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO " <DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > Sent: Sunday, June 17, 2012 9:25 AM Subject: Re: Garnet- Applied DMSO to lower back  Thanks for this, I've never taken Celebrex but have thought about it, the cost probably saved me from trying it....about 30 yrs ago I ended up in the ER from an old class anti-inflammatory.   I do take Advil, try to keep the dose as low as possible and take Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes and DGL (stomach lining tamer, they call it) and HOPING these are helping save my stomach and etc....   I deal with nasty OA and Fibro stuff and otherwise I'd be bed bound...so and ICE helps me a lot too, higher doses of MSM too thru the day.  joyce ________________________________ From: Gerry Simpkins <mailto:gsim%40tds.net> To: mailto:DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO%40yahoogroups.com Sent: Sunday, June 17, 2012 3:01 AM Subject: Re: Garnet- Applied DMSO to lower back  Not related, but a family friend recently disclosed to us that he nearly lost both kidneys from taking prescription strength Celebrex. He was needing heart bypass surgery and the docs discovered this and he had to be hospitalized and taken off of it until his kidneys were cleared of the toxins. They have scheduled the surgery for late summertime. He has had to wait that long for his kidneys to recover from the Rx effects. Have heard of Ibuprophen doing bad things to stomach, intestines, etc if used steadily. Gerry > NSAIDS stands for 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs' such > as ibuprophen, for instance.
