Guest guest
PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Rule out left knee internal derangement. POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Grade III chondromalacial changes, medial tibial articular surfaces with ___________________ s/l synovial or fenovia pinge medially. OPERATION PERFORMED: Left knee arthroscopy with debridement of excess synovium and unstable chondral fragments of the medial tibial articular surface. This should be synovial something but I cannot figure out what as it sounds more like something that begins with an " f. " Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
