Guest guest
Hi Dan, >This sounds more like spider bites. We used to get this sort of bite, multiple bites, all in a line.< I think it may have been one spider, as the bites ranged in intensity from more to less. I'm thinking that by the last bite, there was less venom to inject. >Move your bed away from the wall, so that nothing is touching the wall, not the headboard, or a pillow, etc. Before going to sleep, throw the sheets back and brush off the top and bottom sheet with your hand and arm to brush any spiders off. Aslo do this on and under your pillow.< Will do. Thanks for the advice! >What was most effective was getting gutters on the house, which reduced the dampness around the house foundation.< I live in an apt building, so no ability to change anything. >we got air-conditioning, we don't open the windows much so the spider population really decreased.< Hopefully, once I turn mine on, it will freeze their little fangs off. The redness and swelling have been spreading and generally getting worse. Worrisome! I made a poultice using charcoal from some capsules I had handy. I'm hoping that it will help the worst of the bites detox. Hugs, Dianne
