I'm sitting here surrounded by books! <g> Here's what I've found: Vera Pyle's CMT - PIC (peripherally inserted catheter) Stedman's Abbrev. - PIC or PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) Delong's Medical Acronyms, Eponyms & Abbreviations - PICC (same as above) However, Dorland's Medical Abbreviations shows PIC as polymorphism information content. It does not show PICC at all. Soooo, I guess I've really help clear that up! :0) Have a great New Year.
