Guest guest
Thanks to all who have contributed ideas and the laughs The levity from Bruce and Gerry might be the best curative....lol the itch is way too high up for hair to be an issue Bruce, sorry. Lots of good suggestions which I'll work on. I'll respond to all (or as many as I can) in one post if you don't mind. - I take upwards of 50 mg of Lugol's orally per Dr. Brownstein's protocol and a runny nose is mentioned as one of the side effects, though I honestly don't think it's the cause since the torrent seems to follow the itch. Craig - The fungal aspect may well play into this which is why I use the Xclear. It's supposed to be antibacterial and antifungal. My guess is I need to use it more frequently. I never seem to have outright sinus issues, but more a low grade, chronic thing with partial stuffy nose and malaise. TL - I've run out of CS, but need to get some and will definitely try that. I already use it for the off and on mybomian infection and alternate with my NAC eyedrops. CS is so good for so many things. Craig and TLS - I'll look into the VCO though that seems like a lot (3 1/2 tbs) assuming you mean daily. I'll try adding the glycerin it to my homemade potion. I do use antivirals that normally keep this thing in check, but I've been really stressed lately, so the usual supports aren't sufficient. Shirley - that Seagate spray sounds interesting....have never come across that but love OLE. Additionally I've been using 1200 mg of Eclectic Institute OLE, propolis and I've tripled my usual 1000 mg of bioflavonoids & betaine. I regularly take 2000 mg of vit C with added bioflavonoids. I've found the extra bioflavonoids do dry things up for a number of hours. I guess I'm expecting that something is going to get me past this episode, but as soon as I let up on anything, the symptoms come back in a rush. I know sometimes when this type of thing persists it just seems like I have to let something manifest and get it done with, but the itchy nostril never goes away. It's become a fixture in my system's current landscape it seems. Will mull on all this and see what happens. Thanks again to everyone for their input. That works every time too; guaranteed to gross out everyone who is within seeing distance that is. Gerry > Why not just scratch it ?!!!!!;-))))) I do. Have you tried CS in a spray bottle and snuff it up? Works with my gf. > For shingles, incorporate VCO in the diet. It isn't constant, but some days are worse than others. It causes me to sneeze far more frequently than normal. I wind up with my eyes watering and nose running excessively. Have wondered if it's related to allergies and/or Herpes Zoster which hits my trigeminal nerve running up from the teeth on the right side, going up behind my right eye into my right temple. The pain isn't bad these days from the shingles because I keep it at bay, but I know when my immune system goes down, there's more viral activity. >> >> Atchoo!!!! >> >> Sonie >> Sapere Aude - Dare to Know >> > > > ____________________________________________________________ > Woman is 53 But Looks 25 > Mom reveals 1 simple wrinkle trick that has angered doctors... > http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL3141/5037c7edcf01547ed5623st03vuc > >
Guest guest
I would wager that traffic cams and you tube have done more to curtail nose-picking than all of the spankings that moms could ever have given their kids for doing that!
